Responsibilities You will support the Design Standards Team in design policy matters, such as assisting to formulate design standards and requirements, gathering feedback from the project teams, conducting site surveys and interviews, documentation of design standards etc. You will be reporting to the Team lead, Design Standards. In this role, You will, • Conduct site surveys and interviews relating to design of sport centres. • Gather and evaluate feedback from project teams and operations teams related to sport facilities design under construction. • Evaluate data collected and assist in formulating design solutions. • Documentation and updating of design standards. • Perform daily administrative roles including assisting in monthly design reviews and weekly team meetings.

Job Requirements We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; • 1 to 3 years experience in the built environment sector. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs. • Positive, pro-active and good team player. • Innovative with high degree of creativity to think outside the box and come up with novel ideas and solutions. • Hands on and meticulous in his/her work and can deliver with tight deadlines. • Able to cope in fast moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision. • Effective communication skill, good problem-solving mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. • Passion to work in sports industry. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 6 months temporary contract.
