You play a critical role in Army’s transport interest and requirements. You plan and direct transport node operations for the purpose of meeting service requirements and Transport Centre's goals, in compliance with existing transport policies.

On this, you prioritise transport resources to fulfil training demands, and manage fleet in areas such as vehicle maintenance, driver and transport supervision, asset accountability and replacement of vehicle platforms. Your challenge lies in picking up and keeping abreast of fleet management, SAP-powered Enterprise System (ES), human resource, training functions, financial procedures and process flows in SAF.

You must have a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, with at least 6 years' experience in transport operations and fleet management, preferably in a leadership role. Possession of negotiation, conflict resolution, coaching and facilitation skills is essential. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
