Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day feedback and follow up with actions to ensure that customer’s feedback is resolved • Attend to ActiveSG members / Users feedback and enquiry via calls and emails • Assist to perform user administration and system tests for the mobile application • Reply to written query via webform or email portal • Follow through feedback received (end to end process)

Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active while being keen on learning, technology and innovation. The ideal candidate should possess the following: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field • Good writing and communication skills • Has a positive attitude, with grit & resilience and passion to serve customers • Open to work on weekends (when required)
