What the role is
What you will be working on
• Assist with onboarding of new officers joining the division, including application of staff passes, secured email access and reporting details
• Assist with the statutory appointment of officers in the division including application of Warrant Cards
• Maintain/update personnel records on HR matters such as monthly staff movement, manpower statistics, staff leave etc, including updating of organisation chart and directories
• Assist officers in the division on training matters
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Possess good customer service, communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Be meticulous (have an eye for details), able to work independently, adapt to fast and complex changes; and handle multiple tasks/portfolios
• Be proficient in Outlook, MS Words, Excel & Powerpoint
