The Marcoms & Digital team, part of MOM’s Communications & Engagement Department, is the digital centre of excellence, managing owned channels, paid channels, and marketing analytics. The team also fosters creativity and innovation through experimentation with new programmes and collaborations. The Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager, Marcoms & Digital, will play a crucial role in strengthening MOM’s social media strategy by building trust and collaboration between MOM and its key stakeholders, including the general public, employees, employers, and businesses. This involves overseeing and planning and execution of social media strategies to increase MOM’s brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across MOM’s social platforms.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Support the team in developing MOM's social media and digital content; including conceptualisation, producing graphics/ digital content, copywriting and copyediting
• Oversee the Community Management process on responding to comments and on MOM’s social media platforms
• Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage audience participation through contests, polls, and other interactive activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and adjust the content calendar based on real-time trends, audience feedback, and performance metrics
• Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of content initiatives
• Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimisation in content strategy and execution
• Experiment with new content formats, platforms, and tactics to enhance performance and drive continuous growth
What we are looking for
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity including social media management and proficiency in content production using software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut),
• Apt knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Team player and able to work both independently and in small teams
• Good written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Possess analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
