What the role is

As a member of the CUGE Manpower Development team, you will support the teams in the full spectrum of e-learning management system (LMS) and course administration and logistic (in-person and virtual training), undertake and execute arboriculture related training courses

What you will be working on

E-Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Coordinate with the trainers to do domain tagging for all content in LMS, as preparation for bundling content across similar programmes into self-paced micro learning (i.e. asynchronous) modules

  • Upload existing training resources (slides, quiz, job aids, videos, etc.) and create course shells in LMS

  • Work with trainers to create question banks to build up the quiz data bank repository

  • Perform other administrative tasks such as data management, documentation and filing, attending to customer enquiries and occasionally operational functions

Execution of arboriculture related training courses

  • Support the Course Manager to administer the full scope of course administration which covers the followings:

    • Liaise with trainers, service providers, participants and relevant stakeholders

    • Create course runs in the Training Management System (TMS)

    • Work with TMS vendor on the design and implementation of the E-certificate for Skill Certification Courses

    • Perform pre-course, in-class and post course administration and logistic duties

    • Hosting of virtual training courses

  • Any other scope related to training course administration

What we are looking for

  • Advantageous to have at least 3 years of relevant working experience as an operation support staff in a training administration team

  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft office applications, familiar with online training and learning platforms (e.g. Learning Management System, Zoom meetings, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

  • Pro-active, independent, resourceful and able to work well with a team

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Meticulous and has an eye for details and able to multi-task
