• Formulating policies and regulations to realise place-making and place management objectives, and create better and more successful places and precincts; • Facilitating and supporting stakeholders in implementing their plans on the ground to achieve the desired outcomes; • Monitoring the efficacy and efficiency of the policies and regulations and reviewing them as needed; and • Undertaking other tasks that encompasses to varying extent the following: o Stakeholder engagement and community outreach; o Event/project planning and organization; o Capability and industry development; and o Contract management and leasing.

• A growth mindset, an open mind and grit. • Good analytical ability and meticulous. • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, especially in influencing people across organisational boundaries. • Strong project management skills. • Effective team player. • A good degree in law, social science, business, building and real estate or related fields. • Experience in policy planning and formulation would be advantageous.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore's national land use planning authority.
