What the role is
What you will be working on
• Formulating policies and regulations to realise place-making and place management objectives, and create better and more successful places and precincts;
• Facilitating and supporting stakeholders in implementing their plans on the ground to achieve the desired outcomes;
• Monitoring the efficacy and efficiency of the policies and regulations and reviewing them as needed; and
• Undertaking other tasks that encompasses to varying extent the following:
o Stakeholder engagement and community outreach;
o Event/project planning and organization;
o Capability and industry development; and
o Contract management and leasing.
What we are looking for

• A good degree in law, social science, business, building and real estate or related fields.
