What the role is
What you will be working on
You will play an important role within the Primary & Community Care (PCC) division.
Specific responsibilities include:
a. Supporting the transformation of primary care capacity and services planning: This may include developing and evaluating new care models for primary care; reviewing funding and operational arrangements for various schemes under primary care; providing secretariat support for relevant workstreams including clinical workgroups.
b. Engagement of key stakeholders: You will contribute by engaging key stakeholders and reviewing their feedback on the proposed changes in order to strengthen proposed policies.

• Registered with Singapore Medical Council
• Experience in policy or strategic planning work related to healthcare would be advantageous
• Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen interest in healthcare policies
• Strong team player with good communications and interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of collaboration and practical ground considerations
• Ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders
