What the role is

"You manage finance and logistics matters for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

What you will be working on

On this, you manage vendor contracts, procurement, and provide logistical support to the training entities under your purview. In addition, you provide updates on finance and logistics related matters. Your challenges lie in the need to be able to work independently, and being familiar with the diverse range of finance and logistic related policies and directives. You also need to work closely with various training entities to forecast their budgetary and logistical requirements to achieve budget marksmanship.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years' experience in the finance or logistics domain. Having experience in project management, redevelopment or relocation projects will be advantageous. Being proficient in MS Office, and the possession of strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
