The Leadership Development Cluster oversees the Leadership and Talent Development policies and approaches at the Public Service level, to achieve the following key outcomes:

3. One Public Service Leadership with a common purpose, identity and values
We do so by ensuring that our leadership development (LD) approaches are fit-for-purpose. This includes how we identify, develop, and engage senior public service leaders as well as emerging leaders on the central leadership programmes (i.e. the Administrative Service and Public Service Leadership Programme). We do so in close partnership with our training partner, the Civil Service College as well as the HR community and leaders across the Public Service.

What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
a) Manage officers’ posting matters, including obtaining posting details, drafting posting letters and/or secondment agreements, and updating officers’ posting details in the team’s databases;
b) Partner with relevant stakeholders on HR-related queries relating to officers’ postings;
c) Provide support for the Central Posting Exercise (CPE) by preparing the templates, setting up online folders, and consolidating data provided by all agencies;
d) Assist in the review of officers’ postings by extracting and preparing necessary data; and
e) Any other administrative duties that may be assigned.

Competencies Required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in handling large datasets, with the ability to curate, extract, and analyze data accurately
• Skilled in creating and managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a structured and organized manner
• Meticulous attention to details, with a systematic approach to identifying inconsistencies or discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
• Prior experience in HR or related fields is preferred
