We are a group of passionate developers and engineers who understands DevSecOps is a culture and embracing AI is the future. The team is charged with a mission to transform the way HTX delivers software infused with AI by leveraging on the latest technologies to enable agile software development, zero-trust security, continuous devsecops and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a Head, AI Platform to lead a team and develop our AI platform, automate the deployment of AI workloads and automate DevSecOps pipelines.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable AI and ML Platform infrastructure. Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation. Drive the adoption of tools and frameworks such as Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, and ArgoCD. Work closely with product management, data science, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration of AI Platform capabilities. Coordinate with software engineers and data scientists to understand their platform needs and provide tailored solutions.

Strong leadership skills. Proven experience in leading and managing teams. Skilled in scripting languages such as Linux Shell Scripting, Python and SQL. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Extensive experience with AI infrastructure tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, and ArgoCD. Experience with threat modelling and security frameworks. Experience with cloud security tools such as Security Hub, Guard Duty, CloudFox, Cloudspoilt, Cloudgoat, etc Offensive Security certifications (OSCP, OSWE, etc) and relevant cloud certifications preferred. Experience working in an agile framework, including participation in agile ceremonies and iterative development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Preferably more than 8 years of relevant working experience with a focus on AI, machine learning and DevOps. *** All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
