What the role is

ASSISTANT MANAGER, SERVICE QUALITY OPERATIONS

What you will be working on

We seek an energetic professional to be part of the Team that addresses public queries and suggestions. You should be keen to explain LTA's vision for land transport on behalf of LTA. You will need to work with other internal divisions and external agencies to consistently improve feedback processes, systems and operations to meet service excellence standards amidst other responsibilities that will be assigned on an ad hoc basis.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• Preferably with at least 1 year of Customer Service experience and some
supervisory experience
• IT savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Systematic and organized team player with ability to multi-task, work
independently and offer ideas and suggestions
• Customer service-oriented and analytical individual with strong desire to
constantly learn and make improvements
• Fast learner who enjoys problem solving challenges
