What the role is

What you will be working on:

a) You will formulate, implement, and plan the engagement and onboarding of merchants for the CDC Vouchers Scheme.
b) You will handle enquiries and feedback from residents, merchants and other stakeholders.
c) You will handle the training in coaching Outreach Managers and CDC Ambassadors.
d) You will work on publicising the scheme through featuring of suitable Human Interest stories.
e) You will work closely with Agencies, Community Partners, and/or Grassroots Organisations to monitor and coordinate the programme.

What we are looking for:

1.           Merchant Engagement

a.           Work closely with Assistant Director to strategize in outreach to the harder-to-reach merchants/hawkers

b.           Conduct briefings/trainings for merchants and community partners e.g. grassroots and merchants’/hawkers’ associations

c.           Build rapport with the merchants and hawkers through consistent engagement

2.           Managing Enquiries/Feedback

a.           Craft response to address queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders

b.           Collate feedback for onwards reporting to management and COs

3.           Training for OMs/CAs

a.           To be the master trainer in coaching OMs and CAs

4.           Communications

a.           Publicise the CDC vouchers scheme through the gathering and featuring of Human interest stories of residents and merchants on their experience and any other suitable platforms and channels. 

5.           Others

a.           Handle other initiatives under CDC Vouchers Scheme including event launches

b.           Involved in on-going workstreams, meeting with government agencies, CPD and CDCs

6.           Requirements

a.           Desired - Minimum three years of relevant work experience with some supervisory experience

b.           Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
