What you will be working on

Procurement Support: • Execute procurement transactional tasks such as year-end closing, processing purchase orders, downloading quotation/tender offers, and publishing notices and awards in GeBiz. • Assist with audit matters. • Generate system reports and provide support in the design and maintenance of electronic direct mail (EDM) and Procurement intranet. Collaboration and Communication: • Liaise and collaborate with the Procurement team and division users on procurement operations. Administrative Management: • Manage and execute administrative tasks, duties, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What we are looking for

Technical Proficiency: • Proficient in using the Microsoft Windows Platform and Office Applications. • Experience with GeBiz and Tableau is advantageous. Interpersonal Skills: • Strong team player with good planning ability and attention to detail. • Proactive in following up on matters to ensure resolution and meeting deadlines. • Communicate effectively, both in written and spoken. Experience and Knowledge: • Relevant experience in public sector procurement. • Knowledge of government procurement policies is preferred.
