What you will be working on

In this role, you will: • Design, develop, and implement a suite of technical services in Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) across AWS, Azure, GCP, integrating both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical services with existing systems. • Participate in continuous enhancement and automation of operational processes into templates, playbooks, or other forms to ensure consistency in security compliance and scalability of services. • Implement best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance of services. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to optimise cloud infrastructure and operations. • Provide technical support for infrastructure and operations, including change management, problem management, configuration management, capacity management and disaster recovery. Respond promptly to system issues and incidents. • Provide specialist infrastructure support to project teams, enabling their onboarding to Cloud.

What we are looking for

We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. • Relevant experience in managing enterprise systems on Commercial Cloud platforms, systems integration, systems operations, network and/ or cybersecurity. • Expertise in architecting cloud security best practices using one or more Cloud Service Providers. • Possess strong working knowledge in one or more of the following: a. DevSecOps processes and tools b. Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform and Ansible c. Service mesh networking d. Secret vault tools e. Container technologies f. Security vulnerability assessments, security risk assessments, local and site recovery assessments, processes and mitigation measures • Professional certifications in Cloud, Security and/or similar credentials. • Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical and project management skills. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on 2-year full time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into permanent position.
