Project Title: Cost Benefit Analysis of FM Centralisation exercise
The internship project aims to provide actual cost-benefit analysis experience for the intern to understand Finance processes and using CBA framework to support programme evaluation.
Objectives:
1. Develop the intern's skills in CBA and programme evaluation, including applying the methodology on a used case.
2. Equip the intern with the ability to utilize data analysis techniques, conduct governance checks, and contribute to the development of enhanced governance processes and templates.

What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will undertake the following work:
Programme Evaluation of centralising FM services
- Review the basis for the centralising exercise
- Conduct data gathering of the relevant costing
- Conduct interviews with the people involved to understand the impact of centralisation for MOM
- Perform CBA and compare the before and after centralisation to arrive at a conclusion
- Policy recommendation on the way forward
