You manage Manpower Operations matters in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), developing doctrines, supporting systems, plans, and processes.

- Develop Manpower Operations doctrines and supporting systems - Create support plans and processes for Manpower Operations - Interface between policy and operations with various stakeholders - Oversee DIS' manpower readiness - Work with Commands to ensure execution of Manpower Operations tasks - Develop appropriate support plans with manpower domain owners Challenge(s) - Understanding diverse operational requirements across DIS Commands - Staying familiar with various manpower initiatives - Working closely with the respective manpower domain owners to develop the appropriate support plans
