What the role is
What you will be working on
- Develop Manpower Operations doctrines and supporting systems
- Create support plans and processes for Manpower Operations
- Interface between policy and operations with various stakeholders
- Oversee DIS' manpower readiness
- Work with Commands to ensure execution of Manpower Operations tasks
- Develop appropriate support plans with manpower domain owners
Challenge(s)
- Understanding diverse operational requirements across DIS Commands
- Staying familiar with various manpower initiatives
- Working closely with the respective manpower domain owners to develop the appropriate support plans
What we are looking for
- Education in Business Management or Human Resource (HR) Management related fields
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Open-mindedness to consider various options
- Firmness and decisiveness in decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Systems and critical thinking capabilities
- Resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving
