The job holder is responsible for resolving and clearing reported cases in the iReport system in a timely manner. Key tasks include data verification, conducting duplicate record checks, and contacting informants to obtain clarifications, especially on issues such as cause of death or injury. Additionally, he or she is required to provide support for customer inquiries and participate in system testing when necessary.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Perform data verification, conduct duplicate record checks and reach out to informants for clarifications, especially on key fields like cause of injury or death. All these helps to ensure accuracy of administrative information collected through the iReport system.
• Support handling of customer enquiries relating to the iReport system
• Perform the role of testers during enhancement of IT system for processing of iReports in general, and for including platform workers (who will be covered under WICA by end 2024) into the iReport workstream.
What we are looking for
• A good diploma in any discipline
• Experience in MS Office and handling calls
• Good team player who is organised, self-driven, and attentive to details
• Willing and keen to learn new work processes as well as IT systems
• Able to work independently, adapt to fast and complex changes and handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and being able to work well with people at all levels, with both internal and external stakeholders
