To oversee/manage enforcement and compliance related activities for JTC properties.

1. Manage the inspection of JTC properties, schedule inspections using data analytics 2. Study and propose new methods of inspection and enforcement, including the use of technology to optimize outcomes 3. Build close working relationship with partner enforcement agencies for optimal joint enforcement 4. Prepare and present outcomes of initiatives and other reports to management 5. Develop/Review enforcement processes from time to time to ensure efficiency of work processes

• Relevant degree with at least 5 years of working experience in similar or related role • Familiarity with use of data-driven decision-making and operations • Inquisitive mindset and keen interest in challenging the status quo and thinking out of the box • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, proficient in MS PowerPoint • Familiarity with data handling and visualization is a plus
