You drive the implementation of digital initiatives identified in the Service Delivery (SD) digitalisation plans.

- Drive digital projects and products that enhance citizens' and employees' service experience, from concept to launch - Ensure products and projects in Service Delivery domain are well architected, balancing usability, technical, cost, and security trade-offs - Plan and execute efforts to improve user experience for SD products and projects - Execute projects while working with stakeholders across MINDEF/SAF, Defence Tech Community, WOG, and vendors Challenge(s) - Continuously identifying, reframing, and solving the right service-related problems while keeping pace with customer and employee-related pain points and needs

- Education in IT-related fields is preferred - Good understanding of latest technologies in government and commercial sectors - Fundamental understanding of business domains (National Service and Service Delivery) - Ability to map interdependencies across different business domains - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Critical thinking skills - Ability to adopt a Product Owner's perspective - Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Ability to understand business requirements for e-Services and digital solutions quickly (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
