• Trained in aviation engineering or management or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the aviation industry with a focus
on air navigation services
• Proven track record in strategic planning and stakeholders engagement
• Strong understanding of industry trends and technologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and address issues proactively
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Independent, pro-active and resourceful with the ability to focus on priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel for overseas trainings, meetings and work assignments if required
Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
