What the role is
What you will be working on
• Process billing and refund to customers
• Validate and process files for GIRO deductions
• Resolve Giro rejection files and attends to customers' enquiries
• Arrears monitoring
• Liaise with banks for GIRO, credit card refunds and other bank matters
• Prepare journals and monthly audit schedules
• Reconciliation of collections from various systems
• Participate in testing of systems
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
What we are looking for
• Background in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years of related working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Successful candidate will be offered a short term 11-month contract
