What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Partner with and foster/maintain strong ties with existing and emerging strategic partners, including understanding the challenges faced by the strategic partners.
• Develop, periodically monitor and review performance indicators of measuring the partnerships.
• Engage Government agencies on their capabilities needs and gaps, ensuring that both current and future capabilities requirements are met.
• Implement governance and oversight processes to safeguard Government’s interests.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of policy and programmes.
• Research on and engage with stakeholders on industry cybersecurity capabilities areas.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline, preferably in IT or engineering, with strong interest in cybersecurity ecosystem and technologies
• Must possess at least 4-6 years of experience in strategic partnership management/ cybersecurity industry/ governance and/or government procurement.
• Must possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience, managing small teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Meticulous planning skills and ability to analyse issue with clarity and present balanced arguments.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and comfortable with engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders (including senior/middle management and industry stakeholders)
