You are responsible to analyse the training results (fitness and attrition) of soldiers across the Army.

- Actively monitor and ensure that the soldier performance protocols are implemented safety and effectively - Work closely with the various stakeholders to co-develop the Soldier Performance Dashboard - Manage tech refresh initiatives and data flow Challenge(s) - Ensuring that the data collected and displayed remain up to date and relevant.

- Education in Data Analytics - At least 6 years of work experience in data analytics related fields - Strong applied knowledge and skills in Data Analytics tools and methodologies - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Leadership capabilities - Team player mindset Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
