Project Overview: A comparative study of Singapore's foreign workforce policy framework in relation to global competitors. The intern will assess if Singapore's framework meets the twin goals of attracting top talent while ensuring that the foreign workers are complementary to our local workforce.

What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will undertake a comparative study using a mix of open-source data as well as MOM's internal policy briefs. The main deliverable will be a presentation to the policy directors, with recommendations on how our policy framework can be enhanced.
The intern will also be assigned day-to-day duties, and other research projects.
What we are looking for
Learning Outcomes:
- A comparative database of Singapore's foreign workforce policy vis-a-vis global competitions
- A presentation summarising the intern's findings, along with policy recommendations
