The job holder is responsible for helping to oversee the operations of Card Printing Centre (CPC) and Card Courier Centre (CCC) and support the development of digital work pass and document verification ops matters at service centres.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Work closely with the outsourced partners to ensure the smooth operations of CPC and CCC and that SOPs are properly followed such that Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards are met
• Work with vendors to ensure proper maintenance of laser engraver
• Screen fingerprint records and follow up with various scheme officers on doubtful cases
• Perform card inventory and courier tracking for daily reconciliation and monthly billing purposes
• Support development of digital work pass e.g. UAT for releases of SG Work Pass 2.0, including preparing for roadshows to promote SG Work Pass and SingPass to migrant workers, etc
• Support in document verification ops matters to ensure uploaded documents are correct and verified
• Handle CRM issues on document verification, SG Work Pass App, screening, card print and delivery matters
• Assist with the submission of Service Requests (SR) to enhance systems and work processes
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Possess good customer service, communication (written and spoken) skills
• Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Be able to multi-task, work independently, proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations
