What the role is
What you will be working on
- Work closely with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth management of courses
- Conducts impact analysis on service requests for data patches or change requests
- Monitor and report project budget utilization and timelines
- Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans, coordinating with end-users, and taking charge of issue resolution.
- Provide L1 support to address user issues and troubleshoot and work with vendor to resolve system issues.
- Lead initiatives to propose and implement improvements that continuously address evolving business needs.
- Implement robotic process automation and streamlining to improve process and system efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support for the department and maintain proper documentation
What we are looking for
- A relevant qualification in IT or computing, with a preference for candidates with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior working experience in IT business analysis and testing
- Positive attitude towards challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to understand/diagnose and resolve the issues
- Resourcefulness, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Experience in implementing Power Automate/BI and other RPA/visualization tools is an advantage
