What the role is
What you will be working on
• Administer and maintain effective records management systems (physical and digital). This includes granting access rights and carrying out periodic reviews in accordance with requirements.
• Ensure compliance with IM4L and internal records management policy
• Engage and advise users on records management-related matters
• Help track and trace documents when requested by users
• Execute plans and provide support for digitalization of records
• Maintain an effective file list for record and tracking purpose, for timely disposal/archival of records
• Provide support in other areas such as co-ordination and collating returns, managing office supplies and other duties as and when assigned
What we are looking for
• Experience in records management is preferred
• Able to work well independently and in a team
• Meticulous, pay attention to details and resourceful
• Positive attitude
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Singapore Citizen
