What you will be working on

• Handle parking enforcement and related matter, including investigating • managing and replying to public complaints and feedback; • Manage parking enforcement contract, including monitoring vendors’ • performance and ensuring that they comply with service standards; • Manage towing contract, towing operations for wanted vehicles, release of • towed vehicles and upkeep of the vehicle pound; • Handle disposal of unclaimed vehicles through scrapping or auction, including • publication of the necessary gazettes prior to disposal; • Assist in preparation for a new parking system such as formulating • enforcement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), review of processes and • preparing for tender; • Conduct User Acceptance Testing on new systems related to parking and • enforcement works; and • Assist in policy and process reviews as well as parking related improvement • projects

What we are looking for

• A good diploma in any discipline • Prior working experience in application processing, customer support and/or system testing • Good writing, analytical and communication skills • Good digital skills. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and/or RPA will be an added advantage • Ability to work independently as well as in a team • Meticulous, proactive and able to perform under pressure
