Organising Committee for Mayors Forum 2025 - assist with the VIP invitations/RSVP and managing enquiries from Mayors/Young Leaders, programme curation for Young Leaders Symposium, updating database and preparing presentations to update management/stakeholders

Liasing with senior officials and external stakeholders, how to interact with all levels, presentation skills and writing skills, critical thinking and independent learning, geo-political sensitivities, protocal and etiquette etc

-Strong in Excel. -Meticulous and detailed oriented. -Candidates should be undergraduates. A level graduates are welcome to apply. -Candidates should be able to commit for 3-6 Months from Jan 2025 to Sep 2025. -Candidates should be Singaporean/ PR.
