What the role is
What you will be working on
You will lead a team to oversee the following key work areas:
• Annual ranking and promotion exercise;
• Review and implement policies to strengthen the code of conduct culture; and
• Rewards and recognition processes e.g. bonus payments and awards.
As part of the HR team, you will also take on various HR projects to help the Ministry to identify, develop and reward officers’ contributions and performance.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary Qualifications and IHRP certification is a plus;
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience;
• An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service, is advantageous;
• Proficient in Excel, and comfortable with managing IT systems; and
• Other key attributes:
i. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
ii. Meticulous with an eye for detail
iii. Highly logical with strong analytical skills
iv. Team player, able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
