What the role is

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the National Tobacco Control Programme to help lower the smoking prevalence rates in Singapore and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handling enquiries from members of public and other stakeholders
  • Data entry, statistics generation and data analytics
  • Management and supervision of outsourced contractors
  • Leading enforcement field activities where needed
  • Implementing work process improvement and digitalisation projects
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Field enforcement and investigation experience would be an advantage
  • Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
  • Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
