What the role is
What you will be working on
Support the team in organising the engagement sessions for the consultants working on the PAT Masterplan.
Research and review Public Art masterplans and programming.
Assist with the research and review of the Public Art Spaces Scheme, commissioning of artworks and other such initiatives.
Maintain and manage the PAT database.
Support the PAT team with the consolidation of events and content update for the PAT website.
Assist in general administration for the PAT team through data analysis of visual arts grants statistics in recent years and develop a trend report.
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
Interest in visual arts, festival programming, marketing and arts management.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Comfortable with website Content Management Systems.
Organised and detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Interest in research and data analysis.
Proactive, independent and a good team player.
Prior experience in project management for arts programmes is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of graphic design is a bonus.
