What the role is

To support OSHD’s customer management processes through handling of workplace safety and health-related enquiries via various feedback channels, whilst meeting the needs of OSHD’s stakeholders with high standards of customer service, professionalism and responsiveness. By doing so, we contribute to MOM/OSHD’s vision of creating a great workforce and a great workplace for everyone; and a country renowned for best practices in Workplace Safety and Health.

What you will be working on

• Advise customers accurately based on the regulations, guidelines and FAQs • Ensure all replies to customers are within the service standards of 1 working day for calls, 3 working days (simple) / 7 working days (complex) for emails • Adopt the No Wrong Door (NWD) policy to ensure a Whole of Government (WOG) approach when responding to customers • Assess the case and refer to the relevant agency for follow-up action(s)

What we are looking for

• Tertiary education in any discipline • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with customers or in a customer service environment • Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage enquiries and interactions with customers • Able to read and comprehend Acts/Regulations will be an advantage, though not compulsory
