To support OSHD’s customer management processes through handling of workplace safety and health-related enquiries via various feedback channels, whilst meeting the needs of OSHD’s stakeholders with high standards of customer service, professionalism and responsiveness. What the role is
What you will be working on
• Advise customers accurately based on the regulations, guidelines and FAQs
• Ensure all replies to customers are within the service standards of 1 working day for calls, 3 working days (simple) / 7 working days (complex) for emails
• Adopt the No Wrong Door (NWD) policy to ensure a Whole of Government (WOG) approach when responding to customers
• Assess the case and refer to the relevant agency for follow-up action(s)
What we are looking for
• Tertiary education in any discipline
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with customers or in a customer service environment
• Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage enquiries and interactions with customers
• Able to read and comprehend Acts/Regulations will be an advantage, though not compulsory
