The successful candidate will run exciting digital projects throughout their life cycles so that TP can successfully deliver their digital agenda. With a proactive approach to business issues, you will plan project requirements with key decision-makers and domain specialists, handle project timelines, identify risks, and communicate them clearly to all involved. You will work closely with a diverse team of business analysts, solution architects, and technical services consultants to ensure that business needs are met, and projects are delivered on time within projected costs, yet without compromising quality. The responsibilities are:

• Plan and coordinate the development of the business cases, ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcomes, within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality.
• Handle and timely execute the procurement of digital systems.
• Assess and apply the appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to ensure project success.
• Identify potential project risks and their implications to the organisation and recommend mitigating measures
• Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change in our digital products.

• Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in at least 2 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile methodology

• Project Management-related certifications (e.g. CITPM, COMIT, or PMP), Agile-related certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master), and cloud-related certifications will be an added advantage
• Strong vendor management and interpersonal ability with experience in tender calls or presentations
• Some experience in handling projects involving Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, or Product-Centric Development
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills
• An adaptable and enterprising personality, with a willingness to pick new knowledge and take thoughtful risks
• Be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcomes
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners
