• Perform housekeeping of confidential dossiers before it is sent for shredding and superscale officers’ dossiers sent for digitisation.
• Organise and keep track of pfiles sent and returned from digitization.
• Perform quality check on the digital document against the physical document.
• Assist in logistics matters pertaining to movement of files.
• Perform verification of new hire records.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Cumulus Onboarding
• Assist in the ACE and PUBPeople data archival (i.e. downloading and verification of data)
• Assist in the Cumulus project (eg. verification of migrated data, UAT, data cleaning).
• Upload e-letters residing in PUBPeople/ACE into ePfile system (eg. disciplinary, promotion, etc)
eHIVE onboarding (e-Pfile system)
• Assist in the eHIVE migration (i.e. data verification to ensure successful migration). Even though this will be minimal based on VITAL’s assurance, we should still do random sample checks.
• Manual uploading of new hires’ documents into eHIVE from Sep 2025 onwards.
*The short-term contract officers will be based at PUB WaterHub and may be required to work at the Environment Building occasionally.
