What the role is
What you will be working on
ServiceSG is a department under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We seek to integrate the delivery of services across public agencies, to serve citizens better, and in a more citizen centric manner.
This role entails supporting Service Transformation and Planning (ST&P) branch – in partnership with GovTech – to liaise and coordinate with partners (including public sector agencies, social service agencies, external partners, translators and GovTech developers) to ensure that content on SupportGoWhere (SGW) is accurate, comprehensive, up-to-date, and user-friendly. SGW is a portal that currently houses over 200 schemes and services offered by more than 82 different agencies for various areas of need.
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing, Website Maintenance, Feedback Management Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in marketing, website maintenance, data management, editorial management, and the ability to effectively liaise with various government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data effectively.
Marketing Initiatives:
• Actively engage citizens and/or partner agencies to conduct surveys, user research and focus group discussions to derive user behaviour/perception/service gaps for SGW.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote government initiatives, programs, and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and materials.
• Actively conduct on-ground engagement and marketing activities to increase awareness and utilisation of SGW.
• Have an interest in marketing and/or user behaviour.
Website Maintenance:
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of the SGW website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Implement SEO best practices and monitor website performance metrics.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all website content by conducting training sessions and creating collaterals to ensure consistence in editorial style across onboarded agencies.
• Liaise with different government agencies to ensure content published on SGW is coherent, easy to read, updated and accurate.
Citizen Feedback Management
• Liaise with vendor to handle citizens’ queries submitted to SGW.
• Ensure that vendor complies with service delivery standards.
Data Management:
• Manage and analyse website statistics to derive useful insights to support marketing strategies and activities.

• has good interpersonal skills and confident in addressing basic queries from agencies and external partners;
• has good writing skills;
• has basic to intermediate skills in the use of Excel to support data tracking and reporting;
• Proficiency in website management, website statistics and familiarity with content management systems (CMS);
• Strong analytical skills and experience in managing and interpreting website statistics or digital platforms
