What the role is
What you will be working on
We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and highly-driven individual to join our team. In partnership with the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the following areas:
1. Strategic/Corporate Planning
a. Develop and execute overall strategic roadmap, from shorter-term workplans to mid- and long-term directions and goals.
b. Support organization-wide transformation initiatives including developing and implementing change management strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
c. Lead as secretariat for strategic planning meetings and ensure follow through of key decisions.
d. Lead in the coordination of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) as part of Enterprise Risk Management
2. Staff Development and Capability building
a. Drive ECDA’s strategic capability development to build a future ready workforce.
The role also includes supporting team initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed, and there will be opportunities to take on additional projects based on your interests and capabilities.
What we are looking for
- Candidates with experience at Manager (3+ years) or Senior Manager (5+ years) level, with proven track record in strategic planning, corporate planning, or organisational transformation.
- Strong candidates with equivalent experience in driving complex initiatives in other areas will be considered.
- Analytical individual who thrives in ambiguous environments and drives results through change
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
