What the role is

You oversee the management of Full-time National Serviceman (NSFs) matters (e.g. disruption, release), NSmen matters (e.g. ICT call-up, Reponses arising from NSmen’s feedback to MINDEF/SAF leadership, processing of NS payment by vendor, IPPT offences, recommendations for NS debts), and organisational corporate services (e.g. declarations of indebtedness/private investment and property, requests for replacement of documents).

What you will be working on

You also collaborate with various stakeholders on NS-related initiatives and implement policy initiatives.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 10 years' relevant experience. Prior experience working on NS-related matters with principals and NS commanders would be advantageous. Possession of strong leadership and communication skills is essential. You must possess problem-solving ability, adaptability to adjust approach and communication style, and empathy to understand others' perspectives and respond with sensitivity.
