What the role is
What you will be working on
Review and update existing curriculum
- Develop new Route-of-Advancement (ROA) courses
- Ensure training content remains updated and aligned with operational requirements
- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand operational needs of different DIS vocations
Challenge(s)
- Understanding diverse operational needs of different DIS vocations
- Developing comprehensive training roadmaps and curriculum for varied roles
- Working with multiple stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of experience in curriculum development domain
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
