What the role is
What you will be working on
Knowledge Management
• Assist in creating and maintaining survey-related knowledge articles, manuals, FAQs, and best practices.
• Document survey processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration
• Support initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team.
• Assist in organizing survey knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs.
Support and Troubleshooting
• Provide support to employees in using survey knowledge management systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to survey knowledge content and systems.
• Support in user acceptance testing of surveys designed on the platform.
What we are looking for
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in PEGA will be advantageous.
