Project Title: Comparative international analysis of workplace harmony and employment standards publications
Project Overview: As research intern, you will play a key role in supporting the review of workplace harmony and the annual Employment Standards Report in Singapore through research and analysis.

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be required to carry out an international scan on other countries’ approach in these areas and the indicators used to measure these. You will conduct international benchmarking to identify best practices, compare Singapore’s practice (where applicable) and recommend best practices that could be adopted or customised in Singapore’s context.
You may also be assigned other tasks that require research and analysis to advance the adoption of fair and progressive employment practices.
What we are looking for
- Proficient in research and analysis.
- Knowledge of statistics is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
