What the role is

Project Title: Enhancing HR tech adoption and tracking success for HR sector wide outcomes Project Overview: The project will allow the intern to gain an understanding of HSD’s work in leveraging HR to help companies develop human capital and achieve business transformation outcomes. Specifically, the intern will build on existing insights to develop interventions to i) increase HR tech adoption in identified areas and ii) develop a dashboard to keep track of HSD’s interventions and meaningful indicators for the HR sector.

What you will be working on

Intern will need to understand HSD’s existing survey data and insights on HR Tech adoption in Singapore to: - Analyse the underlying challenges faced by companies in HR tech adoption - Propose further in-depth research if necessary to strengthen and guide policy analysis - Work with partners to rationalise areas of government intervention and customise the approach to increase HR tech adoption - Identify success measures and track them Intern will need to understand HSD’s objective for the HR sector and develop an interactive dashboard to provide a view of the current state of HR professionals’ capabilities, assess gaps and track interventions/ success measures - Refine the data story by considering the flow of the relevant HR indicators to answer policy questions
