Project Title: Enabling Transformation with Innovation
Project Overview: MOM has embarked on policy, business and organisational transformation to remain fit for purpose as our external and internal demands change.
To ensure that transformation is pervasive and sustainable, one key element is building an innovation culture in MOM. This project would examine how a culture of innovation in the organisation can help to enable greater transformation in the longer term.

The intern would have the opportunity to put together a research paper that illustrates how to engender an innovation culture that drives transformation in key areas of MOM’s work, as well as supplementing with relevant primary/ secondary sources of information.
