What the role is

Project Title: Data analytics and automation in Finance Project Overview: The internship project is designed to offer hands-on experience to the intern in automating processes using RPA/AI, as well as supporting data analytics efforts within Finance.

What you will be working on

The intern will provide support in the following areas: Automation - Process Analysis: Collaborate with the Finance team to identify and analyse existing processes, identifying areas with potential for automation and efficiency gains, using RPA or AI tool. - RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive Finance tasks. - Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Validate the performance of automated processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Documentation: Create documentation for RPA solutions, including process workflows, technical specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and future maintenance. - Collaboration and Training: Engage with stakeholders to seamlessly integrate RPA solutions into existing processes, ensuring smooth adoption. Provide training and support to users, maximising the effectiveness and adoption of automated processes. Data Analytics - Data Analysis: Utilize suitable techniques to analyze data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions to enhance outcomes - Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documenting governance checks, findings, and recommendations for management review.

What we are looking for

- Proficiency in utilising the UiPath RPA tool is mandatory - Knowledgeable on AI tools that can assist in automating tasks - Highly motivated with positive working attitude - Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team, contributing effectively to project goals - Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in process optimization and automation - Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels
