What the role is

Project Title: Stepping up on Programme Evaluation Efforts Project Overview: "The internship project aims to provide practical experience for the intern in understanding Finance processes and supporting Programme Evaluation efforts within MOM. Objectives: Develop the intern's skills in Programme Evaluation, including providing guidance, enhancing outreach, and supporting the review and implementation of MOM’s Programme Evaluation framework.

What you will be working on

The intern will provide support in the following areas of work: Programme Evaluation - Advisory Support: Offer guidance and assistance to departments in evaluating programmes and addressing related inquiries. - Framework Review and Implementation: Contribute to the review and implementation of MOM’s Programme Evaluation framework and guidelines, ensuring alignment with best practices and providing support in communicating and applying the framework effectively. - Outreach: Enhance outreach initiatives to bolster proficiency in Programme Evaluation, including creating communication materials, infographics, and e-learning modules (LEARN), curating learning materials, and coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., briefings, clinics)
