We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Applications and Salesforce Program Lead to oversee and drive the successful implementation, management, and architectural integrity of our Enterprise Applications platform particularly on Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce architecture, administration, and project management, with a proven ability to align Salesforce initiatives with business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the overall Salesforce architecture to ensure it meets current and future business needs. Develop and maintain a scalable and robust architecture framework, including data models, integration strategies, and application design.
Program Leadership: Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce program. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies, and manage the program lifecycle from planning through execution.
Strategic Planning: Define the Salesforce program roadmap, including architectural enhancements, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and address business needs.
Project Management: Manage multiple Salesforce projects, including those involving significant architectural changes, from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to best practices in project management and change management.
Technical Oversight: Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Evaluate and implement architectural improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure successful user adoption and satisfaction. Translate business needs into technical solutions and architectural enhancements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high performance and professional growth.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations and architecture. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and architectural refinement.
Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators, focusing on architectural changes and new features. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective use of Salesforce tools and features.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Salesforce vendors and third-party consultants. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem and architecture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, architecture, and program leadership. Proven track record of designing and managing complex Salesforce architectures and leading cross-functional teams.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning. Experience with Salesforce integration tools, API management, and data architecture is essential.
Strong project management skills with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies. PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Experience in mentoring and developing talent.
