Project Title: Optimising knowledge sharing within Work Pass Division Project Overview: - Support the team in the development of knowledge management (KM) framework, including KM policies, guidelines, taxonomy - Research and recommend relevant AI tools for improving the effectiveness of KM

- Catalog and organise information related to processes, cases, and replies.  - Collaborate with various officers in the team to gather and document information.  - Assist managers to implement KM strategies and practices.
