What the role is
What you will be working on
- Engage SSAs within the assigned cluster to identify, evaluate and support the adoption and implementation of various capability development initiatives/applications in digitalisation, people and volunteer management.
- Ensure that the SSA capability development plans are in place and documented, and that sectoral resources produced are used by majority of SSAs within the cluster.
- Guide and support the use of various frameworks and evaluation tools (Employee Engagement Survey, Data Acceleration Index, Voluntary Management Matrix, Organisational Health Index etc) and ensure compliance with specific sector requirements.
- Monitor the progress of implementation and provide timely intervention to ensure the initiatives are on track.
- Review and process funding applications from SSAs in OurSG Grants portal.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to advance the SSAs’ capability development, aligned with National Level initiatives.
- Involve in organising and implementing capability development programmes/events.

- Knowledge of the social service sector
- Able to navigate within the sector and between the government and the sector
- Stakeholder management skills
Experience:
At least 2 years (Manager) / 7 years (Senior Manager) experience in stakeholder management related work, preferably in the public/ social service sector.
Special Certification(s):
Project management related certification is an added advantage.
