What the role is

What you will be working on

Deliver lessons and fulfil all responsibilities related to teaching in full-time and part-time courses across areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Software Development, Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, and Immersive Media and Game Development.
Design, develop, maintain, and review course materials and curriculum, ensuring assessments are aligned with learning objectives and industry standards.
Provide guidance and constructive feedback to students on course content and assignments.
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate effectively with the teaching team.
Adhere to the polytechnic’s policies and procedures governing teaching and academic conduct.

What we are looking for

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, Networking, Game Development or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the above-mentioned ICT fields.
Familiar with the current industry-relevant tools and technologies in the above ICT areas.
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
To deliver Continuous Education Training (CET) under SSG-supported courses, you should hold, or be in the process of obtaining, one of the following certifications (or an equivalent): Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), or Accelerated Industry-Centric Training Pathway (AITP) – ICT sector, and also be registered with the National Adult Educator Registry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
